Bartosz specjalizuje się w obsłudze prawnej branży medycznej, w tym podmiotów leczniczych, lekarzy i osób wykonujących inne zawody medyczne. Chętnie wspiera swoim doświadczeniem nie tylko prawnym, ale też biznesowym, gdyż sam prowadzi gabinety stomatologiczne i rehabilitacyjne.

- doradztwa prawnego na rzecz podmiotów wykonujących działalność leczniczą, w szczególności współpracujących z Narodowym Funduszem Zdrowia,
- przeprowadzania audytów podmiotów leczniczych,
- kompleksowej obsługi przedsiębiorców, obejmującej w szczególności doradztwo w zakresie transakcji handlowych, opracowywania i opiniowania projektów umów zawieranych w obrocie gospodarczym,

Od 2011 roku jest wpisany na listę radców prawnych prowadzoną przez Okręgową Izbę Radców Prawnych w Poznaniu. Odbył staż w Stałym Przedstawicielstwie RP przy ONZ w Genewie. Uczestniczył w pobycie badawczym w Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia (WHO) w Genewie. Przez wiele lat był nauczycielem akademickim na UAM i w Wyższej Szkoły Bankowej w Poznaniu, członkiem Rady Programowej kierunku Prawo w Biznesie. Uzyskał stopień doktora nauk prawnych na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu im. A. Mickiewicza w Poznaniu w Katedrze Prawa Konstytucyjnego (rozprawa doktorska na temat konstytucyjnego modelu systemu opieki zdrowotnej w Polsce, pod kierunkiem naukowym prof. dr. hab. Zdzisława Kędzi). Włada biegle językiem angielskim.
